Sarika Shah is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist. She has practiced as a Registered Dietitian in the Sub-Acute and Long-Term setting for almost 15 years. She has also taught Nutrition courses at San Jose State University and Diablo Valley Community College. Her current stint is providing nutrition counseling to adults and children of all ages in a private practice setting.
Her approach to nutrition is simple- nourish YOU. No diets, no fads, no shortcuts, no gimmicks --just simple, evidence based nutrition tailored just for you.
Sarika will be joining us from San Fransisco, California where she lives with her husband and two beautiful daughters.

Dr. Vidhya Nair is a doctor and a psychologist by profession.
While studying medicine and observing life around her, she realised how mental health has been neglected by a majority. How people have ended up suffering their entire lives without realising that there are ways of changing it. Basic facts, as to how our mental health affects our physical health is neglected and is not discussed.
She wants it to be easier to communicate what we really feel and make mental health accessible to all. She will cover topics like Self-love, taking care of your mind like you take care of your body, and most importantly, be open about it.
